However, if you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms outlined in this policy. This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Host Entitle and is designed to ensure fairness and transparency.

2. Money-Back Guarantee

• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting, cloud hosting, and cPanel hosting plans.

• Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable due to registry restrictions.

• SSL certificates, dedicated servers, and VPS hosting are not eligible for refunds once activated.

3. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund request must meet the following conditions:

• The request must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase.

• The service must not have been used in violation of our Terms & Conditions.

• Refunds are only applicable to first-time purchases. Renewals and upgrades are non-refundable.

• If a service was suspended or terminated due to policy violations, it will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are not eligible for refunds:

• Domain Name Registrations, Renewals, and Transfers

• SSL Certificates

• VPS Hosting & Dedicated Servers

• Setup Fees & One-Time Charges

• Website Migrations & Custom Services

• Software Licenses (cPanel, Plesk, etc.)

5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

• Email us at sales@hostentitle.com with your order details.

• Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility within 7 business days.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6. Partial Refunds

• If you cancel a multi-year hosting plan within the first 30 days, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining unused term, minus any applicable fees.

• No partial refunds are provided after the 30-day money-back guarantee period.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

• Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

• If you have any issues, we encourage you to contact Host Entitle Support before initiating a dispute.

8. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
